With 50 mcg of K2 MK7, the Vit D should be at least 2000 iu. 600 iu is less than optimal.

This supplement has been very effective for my parent's. They started noticing positive results after about fifteen days of taking the tablets. They have observed improvements in my daily routine activities, along with increased strength and a greater sense of freshness.
