3. Returns & Refunds
Because nutraceutical products are consumables, we follow strict safety and hygiene protocols:
Eligibility for Refunds
● We do not accept returns. And we process refunds in bonafide cases. You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and sealed products only.
● Products that have been opened, tampered with, partially used, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for refund.
● Trial packs, sample sizes, discounted bundles, and promotional items are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund

● Your order ID
● Product details
● Reason for return (optional but helpful)
● Clear photos of the unopened product and packaging
Our team will review your request within 2–4 business days.
Refund Processing
Once approved:
● Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
● Processing time is typically 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.
● Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
